Timely Results - We know that having a key position remain unfilled costs your organization not only time, but real money every day. Our goal at IES is simple - to provide you with quality candidates in a timely manner. To that end, we strive to produce "calibration" candidates within 3 weeks of beginning an assignment with the goal of filling the position in 90 days or less. These calibration candidates will be individuals who IES has identified, screened and fit your specifications.
Pricing - At IES, we strongly believe that the price of a search should not be based on the total compensation of the individual hired, rather on the difficulty of the search. To that end, we employ a fixed-fee pricingmethodology. Unlike traditional search firms, which utilize time-based payments (not geared toward producing results), we believe in a true partnership arrangement in which we share the risk with our clients - 2/3rds of our fee is performance-based.
